Welcome to our home away from home; our condo, "Casa
del Sol".
Someone once told me the ocean heals the soul. Sitting
on our balcony one night, watching the moonlight
reflect off the ocean waves, listening to nothing
but the sound of the pounding surf, I found this
to be true. We hope you will find this
to be true, too. It may be to rejuvenate,
or to "heal your soul" or to have
fun in the sun, then, the Casa del Sol is for
you.
 Casa del Sol is located in Nuevo Vallarta which
is 10 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor and has an ocean
front balcony (12' X 25') featuring a transparent
glass-like railing so your view is not obstructed. There
is a panoramic ocean view and you can watch
sailboats coming and going from the marina and
the gorgeous sunsets can't be beat anywhere! The
balcony also overlooks a large hot tub and an
infinity pool.
The living room features a large flat screen
TV with surround sound, DVD/CD player and radio. It
opens into the dining area which includes a 5'
square dining table with seating for 8.
Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen with
granite counter tops and seating for 5. The
large refrigerator/freezer has an ice/water dispenser
that is supplied by filtered water. There
is a gas oven/stove with 4 burners and a hot
plate; and a full size dish washer. The
kitchen comes fully equipped with the essentials
(i.e. pots/pans, silverware, dishes, glasses,
towels) and other important small appliances
(i.e. toaster, blender, orange juicer).
The entrance/foyer has an office style chair
and work area.
There are 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has:
- A separate
air conditioning unit to control to your desired
temperature.
- TV with DVD player with remote
- Safety Deposit Box
- Alarm Clock with radio
- Closet space with hangers
All bathrooms have:
- Hair dryers
- Towels/shampoo/soap
In addition, the Master Bedroom has a large
patio door overlooking the balcony (the view
of the Pacific Ocean is spectacular) and there
is a king size bed. The master bath has
a large shower/bathtub with a dual shower head
and massaging sprayers.
The Window Seat Bedroom overlooks the marina
and has a king size bed. The window seat
is the perfect place to read. The
bathroom for this room includes a large walk
in shower with a shower seat.
The Balcony Bedroom has its own little balcony,
featuring a small table and 2 chairs. Take
your morning coffee out on the balcony and watch
the sunrise over the marina. This room
has 2 full size beds, and could sleep 4 people. The
bathroom has a large tub/shower.
The above bathroom also has a washer/dryer;
stores the ironing board/iron; broom/dust pan;
and various water toys. A beach towel
is supplied for each person.
On the main floor is the pool area. The
infinity pool is 4-5' deep, it is surrounded
by ample lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The
hot tub can handle 10-15 persons. There
are bathrooms on the main floor, next to the
front desk. In addition, there is a very
nice, covered grilling area that can seat approximately
50 people. There is a gas grill, sink and
microwave.
There is also a main floor exercise area
with stationary bike, elliptical, and free
weights.
Close to several golf courses, including Paradise
Village, Flamingo, Marina, Jack Nicklaus and
Tom Wise golf courses. Miles of gorgeous
beaches include activities such as, fishing,
golfing, scuba diving, horseback riding, snorkeling,
rainforest adventures, swim with the dolphins,
water park, shopping, and restaurants galore,
wave runners, parasailing, dune buggies, booze
cruises, dancing, night life and much more.
Condo
is located within walking distance of bus stop,
taxi stand and convenience stores. Also
near several great restaurants including Mauricio’s,
Al Panorama, Pepe’s, Outback Steakhouse,
Portabella’s, Hard Rock Café, and
many more. A 15 minute drive from Sam’s Club
and Wal-Mart. Located about 100 yards from
a massage parlor, where a variety of massages are
available.
